My research interests have shifted recently (and for reasons related to initiatives at my school) to Writing Across the Curriculum development - particularly for instructional support (Support Across the Curriculum?). To that end, I'm currently paying attention to the development of MOOCs; developing support materials will likely force me to face the question of what you can develop within an institutional environment, given the constraints of a CMS/intranet and a specific infrastructure.
