I am a first year PhD in English at Northeastern University. My research is in 18th and 19th cent. transatlantic American, Caribbean, and British print cultures. I'm currently working on a project interrogating the poetics of dissensus in Phillis Wheatley's poetry. I also teach college writing, where I integrate DH tools and methods in text mining and digital rhetorical analysis in my work with my students and our assessment of their and others' writing and writing practices.
