I decided to become a librarian after doing graduate coursework in history and material culture, focusing on early modern printed material. I expected to be dragged into the digital age kicking and screaming (if at all), but my original research focus on how information has been organized historically has been morphing into research questions about how information can be organized in the present and future. I'm new to digital humanities, so find me and sell me on your area of interest, quick!
